Is it okay to love more than one Ikat set? I hope so, as this new one has completely stolen my heart!
WPlus9’s new Borders & Backgrounds set has the most perfect, most modern Ikat I have had the pleasure of owning!! I love the bright, light feel of the images and the clever design touches that make creating with this set a breeze!
I started off with something simple for my debut of this set:

I started by stamping my diamonds onto my Stamper’s Select White card base using the Lake House pigment ink. This is the most *amazing* colour – you have to get it! When I was done I stamped the insides with A:Muse Bubblegum ink, before then changing my mind on the colour! So I used my gold Wink of Stella Glitter Pen to turn all the insides gold!
I finished off with a sentiment from the Avery Elle Oh Happy Day set, stamping with Versamark ink and heat embossing with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Pale embossing powder, and I was all done!
