Hey everyone! Happy Wednesday! And what an awesome day it is too!
I’m joining my dear and amazingly talented friend Nina Yang – and many of my other talented crafty friends too! – to take part in this special Blog Hop featuring Nina’s Texture Tiles: Be Cool stamp set!
You should have found your way here from Danielle’s blog – but if not please feel free to start from Nina’s blog for full details of today’s fun!
So I’m using this awesome set to add what it does best – texture! I teamed it up with the Petals And Stems set with the timeless kissing technique to come up with this:
Fun right?! And look at just how adding those Texture Tiles takes the flower images to another level!
I stamped the flowers onto Stamper’s Select White cardstock using A:Muse inks in Buttercup and Burano, kissing using the Burano ink for all three. I applied the same technique for the leaves, using Lime, Bermuda and Ocean inks – fun!
I assembled the images onto my Soft Stone card base using Pinflair Glue Gel and added a cute tag with a sentiment from Oh Happy Day to finish everything off! I can’t wait to put this to use on lots of other solid images too!
Well, you can’t have a Hop without a prize! Three lucky winners will be drawn from all the comments on our blogs for a chance to win one of the following prizes:
How awesome is that?!
To enter simply leave a comment on each of the blogs along the Hop! And I’ll throw in some more fun too – follow me on BlogLovin’ or Feedly or pin my work on Pinterest, or Tweet it – and you can add an additional comment for each one of those things you do! The winners will be drawn on 22nd July – so you’ve got a bit of time to enjoy everyone’s creations and maybe even create something of your own too! If you do do that then you may want to refer to Nina’s awesome Tip Sheet here, and please them link on her page here too!
Well, that’s it from me! Next stop on your way is Suzanne – I cannot wait to see what amazingess she has cooked up!
And just for reference/easy hopping, here are all the participants today in order:
See what I mean?! The inspiration and talent on show here is nothing short of breathtaking!! You simply *have* to check out their work!!
Thanks so much for stopping by – don’t forget to comment!
