Hey everyone!! So happy to see you stop by today – we’ve got a party going on!!
That’s right!! Lil’ Inker Designs is turning 3 this month!! Can you believe it?! And unlike a terrible toddler this birthday VIP is partying in style and celebrating with a special challenge blog hop – and the presents could be gifted to you!!
You should have found your way here from the awesome Suzanne’s blog, but if not feel free to head to the Lil’ Inker Designs blog and start from there!
As you’d expect from Lil’ Inker and the superamazing DT – this Hop and its Challenge – are mindblowingly amazing!!! *And* once again Lil’ Inker Designs are giving away a super generous prizes and you will have an absolute blast playing along!!
So, to ring in this Challenge the Design Team have all created a little something using the following Inspiration Graphic:
How fun is that?! Definitely lots of inspiration to be had!!
I focused on the fun balloons in the main image and came up with this:
*squeal* I love love *love* this *so* much!!!
I started with a panel of Stamper’s Select White cardstock and die cut the three balloons from it using the star balloon from the Balloon dies set. I then adhered a piece of acetate to the back before affixing the missing stars from the die cuts back in their places!
I built up a wall of Pinflair Glue Gel on the reverse, around each balloon shape so that they could each house their own individual shaker elements!! Each was then filled with a variety of Martha Stewart Glitters and the Studio Calico Neon sequins once the glue had dried!
When all was in place I then added some additional Pinflair to the panel and adhered it to a True Black card base. This truly allows the neon glitters and sequins to shine!! All that was left was to stamp the strings and bow from Balloon Builders and the sentiment from Spot On using Versafine Onyx Black ink – and I was all done!!
So, would you like some more details of the Challenge and prizes? Read on!
How awesome is all of that?! I bet you all can’t wait to enter now!! But before you do, please check out the other Design Team creations for our Hop!!
Right, well! You have a lot of awesomeness to take in, so I won’t keep you here much longer! I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way to the rest of the amazing DT blogs though! Thanks so much for stopping by!
