Hey everyone! Happy Monday!
I’m popping back to share that the results of the Iron Craft 25th Episode Special have been announced on Chaitali’s blog here. A big well done to all of you that guessed correctly!
It was actually not that easy to match the cards to the designers – it certainly levels the playing field when you’re using the same supplies! I know the styles of all these ladies and even I had a few doubts when playing detective, lol!
Here was my contribution, just in case you are curious:
I really love how this card turned out! I think there are some things that make it signature ‘me’ – did you spot them, and if so what do you think they are?
I started with a Rustic White card base and stamped my kitty from Pillow Talk using SU! Soft Suede ink. I then selectively inked the tail of the fish and stamped it twice to create a little bow on top of the kitty’s head to signify that it was a girl. 🙂 I stamped the pillow next after a little masking and then watercoloured some shading using SU! Baked Brown Sugar ink mixed with a little water. I stamped a couple of the hearts from the set using Baked Brown Sugar ink in place of thought bubbles.
Next I die cut the big thought bubble from Kraft cardstock using the Talk Bubbles dies and stamped my kitty again. I adhered to my card base using Pinflair Glue Gel and added my sentiment and I was all done! I love how girl kitty is dreaming of boy kitty, heh. 🙂
I want to thank Chaitali for inviting me to participate in her challenge, and to congratulate all of you who guessed correctly, and a message to the fellow designers – ‘wow!’ I am so honoured to be up alongside you all!
Well I’m going to get back to my lazy Bank Holiday Monday! All weekends should be three days long I think – who’s with me?! I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way! Thanks so much for stopping by!

This is so cute! The fishtail bow is genius and I love the neutral colors. 🙂
This is awesome! I love the fishtail bow! I have to admit it was tough to nail who's cards were who's, but I got this one right 🙂 master crafter indeed!
