Hey everyone! Happy Friday!
I’m sharing a Halloween card today that wasn’t picked up for publication. That’s a free card to show you right there. 🙂
What do you think? I really love this one!
I started with a Kraft card base and adhered a small strip of Kraft Funday patterned paper. I then took a panel of Winter Wisteria cardstock and stamped the damask from Damask Designs using Versafine Onyx Black ink and Versamark ink and heat embossed them with WOW! Clear Semi Dull embossing powder. I inked the panel with Distress inks in Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord to add some awesome depth of colour!
I stamped the sentiment from the Inkadinkado Trick or Treat set and the bats from the Been Boo’d set onto a separate piece of cardstock and heat embossed as before. They were all adhered to my panel using Pinflair Glue Gel before tucking a few sequins in there for good measure and a pop of colour! Finally I adhered my panel to the base using Pinflair and I was all done!
Well I am utterly exhausted tonight and I’m really looking forward to a lie-in in the morning! Busy weekend ahead, with a lot of crafting planned for Sunday! How about you?
I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Gorgeous halloween card, T.!
Absolutely gorgeous! Purple is my favorite color and this immediately jumped out at me when I was checking my Pinterest feeds. No surprise that you created this beauty!

This is fabulously, wickedly ELEGANT! I love the purple damask background and the contrast of the orange sequins! So stunning!
I am certainly not surprised that you created your background … the damask is a perfect non-traditional Halloween pattern. Love the purple shading, and especially the tiny strip of stripes. You don't see it right away, but when you finally do it's a fun discovery!!
Such a rich looking card! Gorgeous color and love the contrast of the sequins.p
