Hey everyone! Happy Thursday!!

Welcome back!! I’m so excited to bring you today’s post!

As you’ll know, I’ve had the honour of being Winnie & Walter’s Leading Lady for this month, which means I’ve been able to bring you *tons* of inspiration featuring their amazing products!!

But there’s something else I managed to keep a lid on during this entire month! (not quite sure how!).  I am super *super* thrilled and excited to be joining in with the Winnie & Walter team for their January 2015 Release!!! 

I *told* you they were amazing, didn’t I? *wink*

This release is CHOCK FULL of *amazing* products!! Seriously, I think this is Winnie & Walter’s best release yet!!!

Today I’m helping to introduce an absolutely saccharine stamp set! Sugar Rush is one for all your sweet tooths out there!! With a delicious array of cake themed images, fantastic accessories and versatile sentiments too, you’re going to want to eat this one all up!!

AND there’s an additional sweet treat! I’m also helping to introduce Sparkle – a fun, star of a little stamp set that will be FREE! with qualifying purchases!! It’s a versatile cutie you won’t want to miss!!

Along with this introduction Winnie & Walter are also bringing you co-ordinating Cutaways (dies) to go with the popular Big Bang Confetti set, and co-ordinating dies for an upcoming set called The Party too (more about that one tomorrow!)!!

AND one more product announcement!! Winnie & Walter will be carrying an *exclusive* mix of sequins from the awesome Pretty Pink Posh!! The Winnie & Walter 1st Birthday Bash sequins make my mouth water.

Here’s what I came up with today: 

I love how this turned out!

I fully admit to being utterly inspired by the colours and imagery in the latest Crate Paper: Confetti Collection designed by Maggie Holmes!! I can’t wait to get the actual collection in my little paws, but in the meantime I think this card will more than do, don’t you? 🙂 

I started by stamping my Rustic White card base with images from Sparkle, using Versafine Onyx Black ink, Delicata Gold ink and Versamagic Aquatic Splash ink. 

Next I stamped the cake plate using Aquatic Splash ink. I flipped the stamp over and overstamped it too to fill in the top of the plate. My MISTI of course came in handy here! I overstamped the dotted circle stamp from Sparkle over the edge of the cake plate (using some washi tape to mask the platform) using Versamark ink and embossed with WOW! Opaque Bright White embossing powder, sprinkled with a little Donna Salazar glitter before heat embossing. If you start to heat the underside of the cardstock first you can ‘fuse’ the glitter into place without blowing it off. 🙂 

I stamped the cupcake next using Distress Ink in Antique Linen again using my MISTI to overstamp for a darker image!  I cut apart the cupcake and watercoloured the wrapper with SU! ink in Bermuda Bay and Delicate Gold ink, and the frosting with SU! ink in Blushing Bride, Crisp Cantaloupe and Strawberry Slush, again with a little Delicata ink too.

I stamped the banner, words and candles next, then trimmed all these elements out. I arranged them all on my card base and adhered in place with Pinflair Glue Gel. I added some of those exclusive sequins to finish off!
