Hey everyone!
I’m back today to welcome to Day 1 of the Newton’s Nook April Release!
We have THREE *awesome* sets being released this month – and you’re totally invited to come party with us!
This month we have some really fun cute images that you’re sure to love! We’re kicking off proceedings today with a fun dog set that you are going to love! The dachshunds are back with Delightful Doxies!
Here’s what I came up with:
I’m so crazy about how this turned out!!
I started with a panel of watercolour paper and stamped the dog and balloon using Distress Ink in Antique Linen then watercoloured the scene. When I was finished I drew the outline and details back in – *love* that fun storybook sketched look!
I adhered my panel to a piece of patterned paper from a Studio Calico card kit, with a little strip of washi tape underneath, and the whole thing was adhered to a Rustic White card base to complete the look!
