Hey everyone! Welcome back!

So it’s time for the Neat & Tangled January Release! We have *six* awesome sets being released this month!! And some awesome dies too!! AND sequins!! Definitely something for everyone, with some super-versatile sets!! 

Today I’m helping to introduce a new set called Jump Start My Heart. This awesome set was designed by one of our newest DT members – May Park! This clever set will be great fun for masculine cards and also just for love cards that are a bit different!

I combined the set with the previously released Sunburst stamp and came up with this:

I love how this turned out! 

I started with a Pure White card base and adhered patterned papers from the Crate Paper Boys Rule collection. I then partially stramped the Sunburst stamp using Hero Arts Blackboard ink. I then set about creating my jump leads from black Hemptique twine – adding Multi Matte Medium to one piece to stabilise the shape, and using Distress Paints in Picket Fence, Barn Door and Fired Brick to colour and stabilise the other piece! 

I stamped the clips onto Pure White cardstock using Hero Arts Silver ink then heat embossed with WOW! Metallic Platinum embossing powder. I then trimmed them out and heat embossed a second time before affixing to the ‘wires’ with Mutli Matte Medium and the wires to the base! I stamped the heart using a mix of those Distress Paints, trimmed out then trimmed a tough mat for it from Say Yellow to All Your Fans cardstock, adhering in place with Scor-Tape. Finally I stamped the sentiment and stars and adhered pieces of a Freckled Fawn  printed acetate card and I was all done!
