Hey everyone! Happy Tuesday!
When I saw the In Stitches: Christmas set from Clearly Besotted Stamps’ latest release, I knew I just *had* to have it. It didn’t matter that I had no money in my bank account. Oh no. There was a cute little reindeer to snag, and he had to be mine! And he is the cutest little reindeer you will ever see!!
I knew I wanted to create a tag with this little cutie, and so I came up with this:

I started by die-cutting a tag from Rustic Cream cardstock using the Mama Elephant Embellished Tag die. I then stamped the sentiment from Winter Wonderland using SU! Soft Suede ink and added some stars using Kraft ink before inking the edges with Distress Ink in Vintage Photo for some more of that vintage look I’ve just been loving lately. I think Christmas brings it out of me!
Then onto that cute little reindeer! I stamped him onto Rustic Cream cardstock using Mama Elephant ink in Hazel. The plaid tummy? That’s Mama Elephant Pigment ink in Apple and Hazel together on the same stamp – isn’t it awesome?! I added the whites of his eyes with a Uni-ball Signo Pen then added some pupils with a fine black pen.
I added a thick coat of Glossy Accents before coating in one of my custom mixes of Martha Stewart glitters. I love making these!! I also coated a tag reinforcer with the same mix. I trimmed out my reindeer and adhered him to my tag with Pinflair Glue Gel, then adhered the tag reinforcer, punched a hole through the tag itself and threaded through with some May Arts twine to complete the look!
Isn’t he the most adorable thing ever?!?!
