Hey everyone! Happy Monday!
I’ve got a fun geometric card for you today:
What do you think? I know it’s not perfect but I still like it!
I started with a Stamper’s Select White card base and stamped one of the squares from Square Prints repeatedly. I used Raspberry Fizz ink, SU! inks in Pumpkin Pie (stamped off once) and Bermuda Bay, and A:Muse ink in Grape.
I then stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant’s Big Words using Memento Luxe ink in Tuxedo Black (wow, this stuff stamps *amazingly*!) and then heat embossed it using WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Pale embossing powder. I rubbed a little of the ink over the top too to just add a bit more of an antiqued look to the gold.
Simple and makes an impact! 🙂
Well, it’s approaching bedtime for me! I would love it if you would leave some love before you went on your way though! And please do tune in tomorrow for that card I’ve been going on about since Thursday. *wink* Thanks so much for stopping by!
Supplies:
Love how you fit the sentiment in here. And, I was wondering about the vellum on the bottom of your card … until I realized that it's just the reflection!! Hahaha, it makes a great continuation of the card though : )
wow! this is cool! love the colors, love the gold!
I MUST MUST MUST get some of that gold embossing powder! Love the colors and the geometric design- FAB X1000000!
Gorgeous! Love the sentiment treatment…and bright go pattern. Those Luxe inks are on my wishlist. The colors look so saturated 🙂
