Hello. 🙂
It’s Friday everyone, yay! I hope you’re having a great Friday!
So I was trying to make a card last night and just ended up staring at pieces of coloured cardstock. And then inspiration struck:
What do you think? I *love* this!!
I started with a Golden Tiara card base and punched out 1″ circles of Party Teal Dawn, Paint The Town Pink, My Style Blueprint and Creamsicle Cardigan cardstock. I arranged them in a pattern on my base and adhered them in place, trimming off the edges. I figured having the circles not being whole at the edges added some interest. 🙂
I then stamped the sentiment from Avery Elle’s Oh Yeah set using Versafine Onyx Black ink. After this I was experimenting with glittering and placed one of the cut-off segments from before underneath the sentiment. Eureka! I loved the contrasting colour effect so I trimmed off the bottoms of the last circles and replaced them with segments of differing colours, adding some glitter with my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen. And that was me done and loving this card!
Well I do hope you will check back in a bit later today to find out who has won this month’s StampSpotlight! In the meantime I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way! Thanks so much for stopping by!
