Hey everyone! I bet you’re glad it’s Friday!
I’m still having a hard time eking out some mojo, but I did manage to create this today:
What do you think? Maybe still not up to my usual standard but I’m glad I managed it.
I started with a Cream Shimmer card base and stamped the flowers from Avery Elle’s Petals and Stems using Brilliance Starlight Silver ink. I used some quick masks to create the layers.
I adhered another strip of that POW! Glitter Paper then heat embossed the sentiment from WMS’ Big Day Additions set using WOW! Metallic Silver embossing powder. I wanted a bigger rounded corner than normal so I drew around a roll of washi tape then trimmed the arc by hand.
I’m hoping to heal a little this weekend by spending lots of time with my cats and hopefully making a start on designing some Christmas cards. I don’t know if I’ll manage it but I’m going to try.
