Hey everyone! Happy Saturday! I’ve been playing with more new goodies today, this time PTI’s Sketched Shapes and Live Love Life!
I had in my mind to create a loose, modern interpretation of a plaid, so with some masking I came up with this:
What do you think? I love how this turned out!
I started with a Stamper’s Select White card base and set to work creating my pattern. I used the large long banner stamp and masked half of it when inking, then stamped my pattern using A:Muse inks in Bermuda, Lime, Ocean and Eucalyptus. No SU! inks today!
I then added the ‘love’ arrow from Live Love Life using Versafine Onyx Black ink before inking part of a sentiment from Sketched Shapes to stamp the ‘You’. And voila!
Well, I hope to be posting at a better (ie not nearly Midnight!) time tomorrow, but I’ve been saying that to myself for a while now, lol! I will be back tomorrow though, and in the meantime I would love it if you left some love before you went on your way. Thanks so much for stopping by!
