Just quickly popping on tonight to share a retro-style birthday card. At least it seems retro to me!
What do you think? I love how funky it is!
I started with a Lemon Tart card base and stamped the sunburst image from the Neat & Tangled Sunburst stamp using SU! Daffodil Delight ink. I did this several times with different levels of intensity a different points to create an awesome overexposed look!
I built the cupcake from the Simon Says Stamp Cupcake Party set using a variety of SU! inks, adding some glitter to the stars using my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen. I trimmed the cupcake out and adhered to my base using Pinflair Glue Gel.
Finally, I did some partial inking of one of the stamps from 2012 Birthday Tags and stamped that using Versafine Onyx Black ink to complete the look!

Great card! Love the multiple stampings of the sunburst, really achieved a great look with that and. Love the stars on the cupcake!
