Hey everyone! Happy Tuesday!
I’m playing with one of my new Papertrey sets today – Happiness in Bloom! There’s just too much floral loveliness around these days – I couldn’t resist!
I decided to put together a one-layer card and make the most of all the layering options:
What do you think? I’m pretty happy with it!
I started with a Sweet Blush card base and stamped the images and sentiment from Happiness in Bloom on it using a variety of SU! inks. I think I am gonna have to collect all of these – I just love them! I really wanted to stamp on something other than a neutral to change up the appearance of some of these colours!
I used some masking to add the leaves and red flower, keeping everything one layer and polished. To add a finishing touch and some interest I hand drew a white border a la Julie Ebersole to complete my card. 🙂

What a great blend of colors! I love the pink base and the colors you chose for the flowers, I wouldn't have picked these out myself, but they go together so well!
