I’m back today with a DT post for Gel-à-Tins, but before I get started I just wanted to remind/plead/beg you to consider voting for me in the latest round of Gallery Idol!

Anyway, back to business!

Today I’m bringing you a fun CAS card created with the most awesome Love Knots set. This is the set that got me hooked on Gel-à-Tins in the first place!!

I had the idea in my head for this card for some time so it came together really quickly:

I think my Dad would like it!

I started with some Kraft cardstock and die-cut the letters from it using the Spotlight Grand Alpha dies from QuicKutz.

I then used the Love Knots set to stamp the awesome woodgrain pattern using Clear And Simple Stamps Brown Leather Satchel ink mixed with Dark Chocolate ink, letting those heart knots show in various places on the letters!

I adhered the letters to the Rustic White card base with Pinflair Glue Gel, then stamped the sentiment from WPlus9’s Super Star set using Dark Chocolate ink – and that’s all there was to it!!
