Evening all!

Another day, another card! I’ve a backlog of about 7 to post so I’m trying to space them out!

Up on show today is another card made with the fabulous ‘On My Couch’ and ‘On My Couch Additions’ from Papertrey (who else?!). I love all the quirkly little images and sentiments that comprise this set, it’s so much fun!

The first few cards I’ve made with it are simple ones but I’m keen to try my hand at something more complex later!

Without further ado here is today’s card:

Isn’t it so gorgeous?! I stamped the couch outlines onto Basic Grey Porcelain patterned paper with PTI’s True Black ink and coloured the legs with my Memento Tuxedo Black pen before carefully cutting each one out. I stamped the cat in black separately onto a piece of Papertrey’s Rustic Cream cardstock, cut out and attached with Pinflair Glue Gel.

I stamped some plain cushions on the same cardstock and added in the same way. I remembered that I had some cabachon-style adhesive gems and applied the to the centres of some of the cushions in co-ordinating tones.

I stamped the mat/rug in PTI’s Chai ink and arranged the couches in a line on the Rustic Cream card. I measured a border round and threaded through lengths of PTI’s Rustic Jute Button Twine for a finishing touch. The sentiment is stamped in True Black ink.

This is definitely my favourite PTI stamp set at this time, and I’m sure you can see why!!
